Also known as a foundation elevation survey, this is an effective means of monitoring the performance of your property’s foundation. Using specialized instruments, our inspector measures the magnitude of foundation movement and identifies all affected areas of the property. This helps provide a basis for potential structural repairs as well as monitoring any future foundation shifting.
