Homes can have a lot of problems that we are not able to see with the naked eye. While a home inspection reveals a lot about a home, things like roof leaks, heat loss, and electrical hotspots are often imperceptible until they have become a major problem. That is where Infrared Scans come in.
Also known as thermal imaging, an Infrared Scan uses a thermal imaging camera to see the heat spectrum within a given home. This allows the inspector to take photos and videos showing temperature variations throughout an entire house.
