Home Inspection Overview

A home inspection is a visual examination of all accessible components, systems, and areas of a given home. The inspection is designed to reflect the visible condition of a home. Our inspectors examine everything from the roof to the foundation, identifying potential hazards, defective materials, or structural issues. This includes everything from signs of water damage and wood rot to malfunctioning or inoperable HVAC Systems.

Our certified, licensed home inspectors undergo rigorous training to ensure they have both the knowledge and skills to accurately inspect any home. During the inspection, your inspector will examine every accessible part of your prospective home, answering any questions that may come up. Upon completion, your inspector will review all their findings with you and provide a digital copy of their report within 24 hours.
